Living in Dover Meadows is a uniquely delightful experience. I love the walking trails, bird watching, kayaking on the Pend Oreille River, working out at the Lake Club Fitness Center and, during the summer, dining at The Dish.

Dover Bay Resort provides us with a much needed respite from our busy lives in the Tri-Cities. The great amenities, friendly staff, well maintained grounds, and the beauty of the river and mountains make it  the perfect place for those looking for a second home, a vacation rental or year-round living.  After looking at other options, we are extremely pleased that we purchased in Dover Bay.

Right away Dover Bay stood out as the ideal location for us. It exceeded any and every expectation we had, as it offers year round sport and leisure opportunities and unparalleled beauty. After a winter of great skiing, we are anticipating a fun summer with boating, wake boarding & leisurely kayak explorations through the wandering inlets that abound, followed by dinners on our patio overlooking the stunning views. Dover Bay is a nature lovers dream, while still having every comfort of home within walking distance.
